It involves watching, listening, interacting, monitoring, and preventing problems. Childcare providers need to understand the components of effective supervision and how to apply them in various situations. This 3-hour training provides the components and strategies needed to implement active supervision in the childcare setting. Childcare providers will be able to supervise effectively in order to maintain a safe environment.
